Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect through amdk.marketing and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a call through our scheduling provider (Calendly), you provide your name, email address, and your answers to any booking questions. That information is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy as well as this one.
• Link tags. Links to this site may carry campaign tags (UTM parameters) that tell us which video, post, or link brought you here. These tags describe the link you clicked, not your identity.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to serve and secure the site.

What we do with it

• Respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and provide our services
• Understand which content and channels bring visitors to the site
• Meet legal obligations, if any arise

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information
• This site does not currently set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded services (such as Calendly) may set their own cookies under their own policies. If we add advertising pixels in the future, we will update this policy first.

Your choices

Email dk@amdkmarketing.com to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion. We will respond within 30 days.

DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to dk@amdkmarketing.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The URL or location of the material on this site
• Your name, address, email, and phone number
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where appropriate. If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with equivalent identifying information to the same address.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, email dk@amdkmarketing.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."

The results shown on this website, including our own and our clients', are real but are not typical and are not a promise of your results. Social media outcomes depend on your product, market, consistency, and factors outside anyone's control. Any guarantee referenced on this website applies only to the content and view milestones defined in writing in a signed service agreement, and never to revenue, customers, or other business outcomes.
